The go-to value thermostat with 7-day or 5/2-day programmable capabilities with 2 or 4 periods per day or non-programmable. Easy installation, easy-view back light, keypad lock for unauthorized use and 5/2 minute selectable time delay for equipment protection. Additional features include user temperature calibration in both Fahrenheit or Celsius, and adjustable temperature differential/swing/limits. Dual powered 24 vac or (2aa) alkaline batteries (included). Universally compatible with most 24v heating and a/c systems, 1-heat / 1-cool: gas, oil, or electric systems (with no aux/emerg heat), 2-wire hydronic systems (hot water baseboard and radiator), gas millivolt heaters (wall heaters / furnaces and gas fireplaces). Not compatible with multi-stage heating and ac systems, multi-stage heat pumps, 3-wire hydronic zone valve systems, 120/240v line voltage systems (without transformer). “g” terminal available for fan operation controlled by auto / on fan mode switch.
