This rugged, double leaf access hatch is designed to provide fire ventilation for areas where removing deadly smoke, heat, and gases is required from a burning building. Featuring heavy-duty, 14 gauge galvanized steel construction with a baked polyester enamel finish, smoke vent is fully insulated and comes with a continuous EPDM foam weather/draft seal gasket that is attached to the inside of cover to provide a flush fit ensuring weather protection.
