• Door Material: 1/4″ aluminum tread plate with a mill finish, 14-gauge galvanized steel frame, and liner with ash gray primer.
• Insulation: High-temperature ceramic fiber insulation
• Hardware: Continuous stainless-steel hinge, stainless-steel slam latch with recessed turn handle, 316 stainless-steel gas spring cylinders, and 165°F fusible link for self-closing mechanism (not available for sizes larger than 42″ x 60″).
• Installation Kit: Includes anchor straps for concrete and screws for wood frame installations
• Live Load: 150 lbs/sq ft (700 kg/sq meter)
• Clear Opening: Width minus 12″ (305 mm) for widths up to 30″, or width minus 8.25″ (210 mm) for widths over 30″.
• Fire Rating: QAI is listed as NFPA-288 for 2-hour horizontal fire door assemblies.
