This Jones Stephens Closet Flange has a 2″ offset, which allows for perfect alignment of the drain pipe and flange. It solvent welds over 3″ or inside 4″ schedule 40 pipe and has a plastic swivel ring that rotates for bolt and screw hole precision. Constructed of PVC, this closet flange is manufactured to be durable and reliable.
