This High Speed Steel (HSS) Construction Step Drill Bit is titanium nitride coated for cooler running and used for drilling variable diameter round holes in metals, plastics & woods. It also includes a two flute design for smooth, fast cutting and de-burrs holes automatically as you drill. With the Hex Shank you will not have to worry about it spinning in the chuck. The Step Drill Bit has 9 steps ranging from the smallest size of 1/4″ to the largest size of 3/4″.
