Description

This cost-effective, durable flush access panel for ceiling installation is perfect for applications where both corrosion/moisture resistance and a concealed appearance are required. Featuring lightweight, Type X fire and impact resistant gypsum board (drywall) construction with a 5/8″ thick frame and 1″ thick door, panels are also moisture, mold, and mildew resistant. Panels are ideal for use in residential and commercial applications such as bathrooms, locker rooms, showers, and more. A cost-effective alternative, the WB DW 405 Phantom meets and exceeds the specifications of GFRG access doors while also offering a 45 minute fire-rating. In addition, door is constructed to minimize noise transfer making it ideal for sound sensitive applications. MADE IN USA.
